We'll create an event on Facebook. Invite all the people you know in a 30 mile radius to help us get the word out. We will also distribute any hard fliers sent to the venue, please do so 3 weeks before your performance. We will be looking for the bands that help with promotion, your hard work will not go unnoticed. Feel free to contact the local news paper and any other media outlets you can, it all helps.

 

Production:

We're building our system every month but it's plenty for the building. We do have lighting but nothing fancy, feel free to bring your own.

Load in:

Typically one hour before posted door time. Please allow enough time to get all your gear in before guests arrive. People get mad when you bash them in the head with a guitar.

 

If using multiple vehicles (or small vehicles) it may not matter but the ally on our north side is a tight fit. A 15 passenger van can fit but it's tight. Best approach is down Ferris St, right on McCollum and right into our ally. Once unloaded, please move back to large lot behind the building.

 

Load all gear to the far left of the venue, near the dart boards. For multiband nights, first band on can load direclty to the stage.
